Additional address books you can export to include the Word, Excel, Open Office, pdf, rtf files. That is really a very wide range of things you can convert contact details. The interface is also quite easy to use. Getting started can be very quick as wizards are available that take you through the motions. You select the source through the Windows explorer like interface. You are able to edit the details before you export the data and then select the destination file. That`s how easy it is to get the conversion done. You get a tabular view of the details in the edit mode and just get into the right place and change the details. Search and replace also is available for automating things. The selection of destination file too works same way as the source file selection process.
